Refund Policy
Effective May 6, 2026
Project Packets
A $199 Project Packet can be refunded in full before manual preparation begins. After the packet is delivered, refunds are limited to duplicate charges, access failures we cannot resolve, or similar checkout errors.
Pro Subscriptions
Pro can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle from renewing; it does not automatically refund a current billing period that has already started.
How To Request Help
Email support@findnichepro.com with the checkout email, provider, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We review access and duplicate-payment issues manually.
