What We Collect
PermitReady collects the information needed to operate project packets, Pro access, account recovery, support, and basic conversion analytics. That can include your name, business email, project address, city, ADU scope answers, checkout provider references, support messages, and limited usage events such as packet requests or template downloads.
How We Use It
We use this data to save packet requests, deliver paid packets, restore access by email, maintain Pro subscriptions, respond to support, improve the product, and protect the checkout and admin workflow. We do not sell customer project data.
Payments
Stripe and PayPal process card, wallet, and subscription payments. PermitReady stores provider references and payment status, but it does not store full card numbers or payment account secrets.
Service Providers
We use infrastructure and workflow providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, PayPal, and Resend. These providers process data only as needed to host the app, store records, send account emails, and complete checkout.
Your Choices
You can request access help, correction, or deletion review by emailing support@findnichepro.com. Some billing, fraud prevention, tax, or transaction records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.
